Markus Mayr, world cup race director for women's technical events, visited world cup venue in Maribor last September to do a regular summer inspection. He complimented how 51st Golden Fox was carried out and excellent cheering atmosphere in Snežni stadion arena. "So many visitors despite rain on Sunday, this is a genuine confirmation Golden Fox is a traditional and popular race" FIS representative commended on race in Maribor. He also complimented on reforming competition process and rejuvenation of organizing team.General Secretary of Organizing Committee, Srečko Vilar joined a regular FIS Alpine Sub-Committee meeting in Zurich where  2015/2016 competition calendar was confirmed and calendar for upcoming seasons was drafted. In 2017 Maribor's world cup race will be held on 7- 8 January, in 2018 the event is scheduled for 6-7 January and in 2020 save the date 15-16 February. Srečko Vilar: "Golden Fox remains a regular in FIS calendar. We were commended for 51st Golden Fox and signed a contract regarding summer inspection and tripartite contract with FIS, SZS and Golden Fox Organizing Committee."
