Frida Hansdotter”I'm very happy because of my first victory, it gives me a lot of optimism for the coming Olympics. I've been training a lot and I think that my shape has improved. I was already about to get satisfied with the second place, but hoping till the end made me eventually happy. I don't expect gold in the Olympics, since I'll have to fight with numerous other good skiers. However, it is my goal to get a medal and I'll do all I can to achieve it. I'm also so happy for the Swedish team to be that strong this season, because we're cheering for each other, which motivates us a lot and thus makes us even more powerful.”Marlies Schild”With these placements we're borh very happy and these results today are great accompanions for the Olympics. The conditions weren't optimal - the snow was less fortified in the second run, but I knew that it wouldn't be easy. Despite all that I did everything I could, which makes me satisfied with the second place. After yesterday's cancellation I was hoping that today's race would be successfully carried out. I'm glad it all went well and that the organisers succeeded since they really worked hard on the slope. Regarding Sochi, I've already won three Olympic medals, so I don't feel so pressured ne. But of course I count on gold and I'll do my best to make my expectations come true.”Bernadette Schild”I was counting on some placement among the first five, but I didn't expect the podium. The third place is a great forecast for Sochi. Perhaps I cannot guarantee a placement among the first three, but I still would like to get some medal. Anything can happen, so I'll do my best to achieve my goals. My sister is not my competition, more a support – whichever happens to be faster, will deserve it, there's no space for envy. Although there are a lot of political discussions about the Olympics, I'm not thinking about them that way. I'm a professional skier and my only goal is hard training and consequently having good results. There's no point in wasting time with this thinking about Socho that has nothing to do with sport. I just want to arrive there, enjoy the event and do my best.”
