As the rain and significant warm-up are causing a thaw on Pohorje slopes, the Vitranc slopes have enough snow so rain and cold are very helpful. 

Mitja Dragšič, Chief of Race: ”There is enough snow, we just need to harden it. But first, the snow has to be well soaked with water. Instead of us, the rain will soak the snow today. At the same time, the weather forecast for tomorrow is bringing significant cold, which is ideal. For today, we are anticipating the right moment when rain changes to snowfall, so we can thoroughly process the slopes with snow groomers.”
