Michaela Kirchgasser: ”The first course was very demanding, very icy and the gates were set very tightly. I'm especially satisfied with my performance just before the finish. It is a nice feeling to having taken the lead after the first run. I enjoyed skiing very much, because the spectators besides the course were loud. There's one more run ahead and I'lll attack again.”

Veronika  Zuzulova: ”I'm very satisfied with my performance. I skied full force on that demanding course. In the final run I need to ski that way once again.”

Tanja Poutiainen: ” On that difficult, icy course I've made some mistakes; that needs to be improved in the second run.”

Tina Maze: ”I've got an excellent starting point for the second run to attack for the podium. The course was very difficult. I'm not completely satisfied with my skiing, because there were some mistakes, but fortunately the delay is not huge. I have to ski better in the second run.”
